Healthy Self: Improve your immune system and improve your life. By Dr. Paul Chhabra.
Learn how to keep yourself and your family healthy - naturally.
After seeing a tearful, wheelchair bound 13-year-old girl diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, eczema rheumatism, and other diseases, Paul Chhabra’s frustration with a lack of appropriate medical treatment for such cases inspired him to look for a way to manage poorly treated and misunderstood diseases without harsh chemicals.
Living in today’s world is more confusing and chaotic than ever before. Every day, the media bombards us with questionable information about how to live healthy lives. What is the real truth behind most sickness? From the common cold to more serious conditions such as cancer, scoliosis, or chronic pain, Paul Chhabra’s message is clear. It is possible to be healthy in today’s world—naturally, without chemicals.
Chhabra’s message comes from knowledge gained from his twenty years’ work experience, as well as from the wisdom of his great-grandmother, a natural healer who lived to the age of 111. Take his message to heart and change the way you eat and live. Before you know it, your body will be functioning at peak level and you, too, can look forward to a long and healthy life.
Paul Chhabra is a Licensed PhysicalTherapist, Naturopath, MasterHerbalist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Manual Therapist (fascia, cranio-sacral, structural medicine) and certified CEDSA (computerized electro dermal screening assessment) technologist. For twenty years he has worked with people who suffer from immune-related problems.
With this experience and drawing upon his great-grandmother’s wisdom, Chhabra
brings you the second of his forty-five must-read books.
Paul Chhabra is currently practicing full time at his Michigan clinic, focusing on immune- and fascia-related disorders. He is also pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is now a student at the Institute of Structural Medicine.
